Yes… indeed! This was the challenge! In 1523 Ignatius left Manresa and Barcelona to reach the coast of Italy and then go to Rome and get the “Pilgrim’s Credential” in order to travel safely to Jerusalem. We took our backpacks and started walking from the town of Verdú, then to Igualada, Montserrat, Manresa, Terrassa, and Barcelona. Doing so, we started the new steps 28 and 29 of the Ignatian Way (see the web page www.caminoignaciano.org). No problem with the orange arrows …
