Big group of students… only two male pilgrims! It seems that women love the adventure, and they are looking for the deep inner experience that Walk with Ignatius can offer. Huge motivation and ready to encounter the difficult steps, like the long one going to Jorba, although some days we had to seek a bit of help from a friendly taxi for some worn out pilgrims. But even though not everyone walked the whole 12 days, the spiritual and community experience was better than before. Although May was a rainy month, we were lucky, and we walked safely. One day extra in Montserrat gave us the opportunity to climb to the top of the mountain and enjoy the astonishing views form high. The liturgies along the pilgrimage were the highpoints of the days and a great help for our inner growth. The stories around the religious relics and legends at the church of Our Lady of the Sabinas in Cervera were amazing and everyone enjoyed knowing the hidden stories of the town. Walking along the Camino Real, along the paved path from the 10th century that Ignacio de Loyola stepped on 500 years ago in Castellgalí, was very surprising. And, of course, the presence of Francis Xavier with his very good friend Ignatius (we went to Javier by bus), knowing that was one of the founders of the Society of Jesus, was impressive. Thanks for inviting us to come to the Ignatian Way!! We won’t forget! aaaa aaa aaa aaa aaaa aaaa aaaa aaaa aaaa aaaa
