medita\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element Inicia a medita\u00e7\u00e3o, tirando alguns minutos para te colocares <b>na presen\u00e7a de Deus.<\/b> Ou seja, liberta-te de quaisquer ansiedades ou distra\u00e7\u00f5es que te incomodem, tais como pensar no que tens planeado para o almo\u00e7o. Um trecho de uma m\u00fasica espiritual favorita pode ajudar-te a p\u00f4r-te de bom humor para a ora\u00e7\u00e3o, mas depois desligua o leitor de m\u00fasica para te concentrares melhor no teu Caminho. Podes passar alguns minutos apenas concentrando-se no ritmo natural da sua respira\u00e7\u00e3o, nos teus passos, ou nos p\u00e1ssaros. Usa a nota de respira\u00e7\u00e3o. Repete uma breve ora\u00e7\u00e3o que te concentre na presen\u00e7a de Deus ou na tua presen\u00e7a orante com Deus.\u00a0<\/p><p>2. Considera a <b>ora\u00e7\u00e3o introdut\u00f3ria <\/b>dos Exerc\u00edcios Espirituais (\u00e9 o objetivo principal de toda a experi\u00eancia) e a peti\u00e7\u00e3o do dia. V\u00ea a sua import\u00e2ncia no anexo.\u00a0<\/p><p>3. L\u00ea o <b>texto introdut\u00f3rio<\/b> que enquadra os temas-chave para a medita\u00e7\u00e3o do dia.\u00a0<\/p><p>4.<b> L\u00ea a passagem b\u00edblica do dia<\/b>, lentamente, depois uma segunda ou mesmo uma terceira vez em v\u00e1rios pontos do dia, se te sentires atra\u00eddo por eles.\u00a0<\/p><p>N\u00e3o &#8220;hiper-racionalizes&#8221; a tua ora\u00e7\u00e3o. Muitas pessoas s\u00e3o tentadas a fazer listas com muitas ideias, unindo algumas ideias noutras, e assim por diante. Em vez disso, v\u00ea se podes permitir que Deus te fale, deixando-o vir at\u00e9 n\u00f3s atrav\u00e9s da ora\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 importante seres paciente contigo mesmo e com Deus, disposto a caminhar calmamente at\u00e9 que as imagens, ideias ou pensamentos comecem a ser filtrados. In\u00e1cio diz para &#8220;pausar onde a fruta \u00e9 encontrada&#8221;, e este \u00e9 um pensamento muito \u00fatil. Podes sentir-te atra\u00eddo ou empenhado em pensar durante algum tempo com uma frase de uma passagem da Escritura ou de uma ideia. Fica l\u00e1 a sabore\u00e1-la, durante o tempo que parecer apropriado. Distra\u00e7\u00f5es surgir\u00e3o inevitavelmente &#8211; &#8220;Pergunto-me o que estar\u00e3o os meus amigos a fazer neste momento&#8221; &#8211; deixe-as passar, sem se tornarem importantes, sem as prender na tua mente.\u00a0<\/p><p>Ajudar\u00e1 se mantiveres um tempo regular de ora\u00e7\u00e3o. Por exemplo, a primeira hora de cada dia de caminhada. Ou meia hora de manh\u00e3 e meia hora \u00e0 tarde. Ser fiel ao tempo escolhido. Fora dos tempos de ora\u00e7\u00e3o formal, outras ideias relevantes surgir\u00e3o; d\u00eaem-lhes as boas-vindas. Nos longos tro\u00e7os paralelos aos canais do rio Ebro, pode haver momentos em que te sintas a flutuar espiritualmente com a corrente. Desfruta destes momentos de proximidade com a natureza e com Deus que nos fala atrav\u00e9s dela.\u00a0<\/p><p>Mas n\u00e3o fiques obcecados! Especialmente se estiveres a meditar sobre algo doloroso ou dif\u00edcil, uma ideia dolorosa pode fazer entrar num c\u00edrculo vicioso mental: evita esta armadilha que nos esgota e nos afasta do caminho certo. O mesmo, por vezes, temos de o fazer com ideias &#8220;piedosas&#8221;: In\u00e1cio avisou-nos que por vezes podemos ser tentados a abandonar o nosso caminho, sob a apar\u00eancia de termos encontrado uma boa ideia: por outras palavras, podemos pensar em algo que parece bom, mas na realidade s\u00f3 nos desgasta ou nos afasta do caminho e do fim da etapa que t\u00ednhamos proposto.\u00a0<\/p><p>5. Termina cada per\u00edodo de ora\u00e7\u00e3o com a mesma f\u00f3rmula. Antes de mais nada, <b>o mais importante \u00e9 estar grato.<\/b> Obrigado pelo tempo de ora\u00e7\u00e3o que acab\u00e1mos de partilhar. Obrigado por qualquer comunica\u00e7\u00e3o que tenha havido. Gra\u00e7as a Deus pelo tempo gasto, por outras b\u00ean\u00e7\u00e3os do dia, e pelos dons da peregrina\u00e7\u00e3o: ter tempo, recursos financeiros, sa\u00fade, e o desejo de viajar como peregrino, por exemplo. Un di\u00e1rio espiritual ajudar-te-\u00e1 a recolher a tua experi\u00eancia, quer no final de toda o caminho Inaciano, j\u00e1 em Manresa, quer se o fizeres por etapas e desejares continuar no ano seguinte.\u00a0<\/p><p>Se estiveres em peregrina\u00e7\u00e3o com um pequeno grupo, podes desejar partilhar presentes ou ideias que te tenham surpreendido, etc., mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 aconselh\u00e1vel faz\u00ea-lo todos os dias, e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o significa debate ou &#8220;intromiss\u00e3o&#8221;: deve ser <b>um tempo para partilhar e ouvir respeitosamente<\/b> o que Deus tem feito na vida do outro, n\u00e3o um tempo para &#8220;brincar a Deus na vida de algu\u00e9m&#8221;. A forma dos Exerc\u00edcios \u00e9 fundamentalmente pessoal, algo entre &#8220;o Criador e a sua
