role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1471\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"false\"><p>Une \u00e9tape int\u00e9ressante : en traversant plusieurs fois la Via Cassia, nous arrivons \u00e0 Rome en traversant un parc magnifique et sauvage, qui nous am\u00e8ne sur l&rsquo;une des 7 collines de la ville. De l\u00e0, nous suivons la voie ferr\u00e9e qui nous m\u00e8ne pratiquement \u00e0 la Cit\u00e9 du Vatican, point final de l&rsquo;\u00e9tape. Avec beaucoup de hauts et de bas, l&rsquo;\u00e9tape ne dure pas longtemps, car l&rsquo;envie d&rsquo;y arriver est d\u00e9j\u00e0 grande.<\/p><p>Sortir de La Storta par la Via Cassia, en laissant la chapelle derri\u00e8re soi. Apr\u00e8s 1 km sur la Via Cassia, on traverse la route pour prendre une voie qui entre sur l&rsquo;autoroute \u00e0 droite. Nous restons sur le trottoir pi\u00e9tonnier et, apr\u00e8s 600 m, nous quittons l&rsquo;autoroute en tournant \u00e0 90 degr\u00e9s vers la droite. Les panneaux de la Via Francigena nous guident. Nous passons sous un pont du train pour Rome et tournons \u00e0 gauche. Nous descendons une avenue. Sur notre gauche, nous apercevons une imposante tour de ch\u00e2teau : Torre delle Spizzichino. Au bout de la promenade, nous tournons \u00e0 droite et suivons les indications pour la Via Francigena. Au bout de quelques m\u00e8tres, \u00e0 l&#8217;embranchement, tourner \u00e0 gauche et suivre la route goudronn\u00e9e qui m\u00e8ne \u00e0 une jolie ferme appel\u00e9e La Castelluccia, dont la fa\u00e7ade porte une inscription en latin : \u00ab\u00a0Ad Quietem Laboribus Meritam\u00a0\u00bb (\u00ab\u00a0Vers le repos m\u00e9rit\u00e9 par les labeurs\u00a0\u00bb). Juste apr\u00e8s la maison, nous tournons \u00e0 90 degr\u00e9s vers la gauche, en descendant \u00e0 travers les oliviers vers une zone bien bois\u00e9e, qui cache le ch\u00e2teau de Castelluccia sur notre droite. Nous remontons et tombons sur un portail ferm\u00e9, qui est cens\u00e9 s&rsquo;ouvrir lorsque nous sentons la pr\u00e9sence de voitures ou de promeneurs.<\/p><p>Une fois l&rsquo;obstacle franchi, nous passons sous la voie ferr\u00e9e et tournons \u00e0 droite. Apr\u00e8s seulement 200 m\u00e8tres, nous tournons \u00e0 90 degr\u00e9s vers la gauche. Nous descendons puis remontons la m\u00eame rue pour rejoindre \u00e0 nouveau la Via Cassia que nous suivons sur notre droite pendant 1,2 km. Passer devant l&rsquo;Institut Saint Dominique et continuer sur la Via Cassia. Apr\u00e8s avoir travers\u00e9 le pont de l&rsquo;autoroute, nous tournons \u00e0 90 degr\u00e9s vers la droite et descendons une route goudronn\u00e9e qui nous m\u00e8ne \u00e0 la r\u00e9serve naturelle de l&rsquo;Insugherata. Elle est assez grande et bien am\u00e9nag\u00e9e au d\u00e9but, mais au bout d&rsquo;un certain temps, elle devient assez sauvage et les mauvaises herbes et les accumulations d&rsquo;eau peuvent rendre le passage des p\u00e8lerins assez difficile. Il s&rsquo;agit de 4 km de chemins de terre qui, au printemps, sont couverts de fleurs et d&rsquo;une herbe abondante. Il est surprenant d&rsquo;\u00eatre si pr\u00e8s de la ville de Rome et d&rsquo;avoir autant de nature.<\/p><p>Suivre les indications pour la Via Francigena et, apr\u00e8s une prairie ouverte assez longue, tourner \u00e0 gauche \u00e0 un poteau indicateur. Juste apr\u00e8s le panneau, un sentier commence, \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 cach\u00e9 par des buissons, qui vous fait quitter le chemin de terre que vous suiviez. La Via Francigena continue le long du chemin de terre, mais nous prenons le sentier qui monte sur la colline, qui est assez raide. Les responsables du parc ont install\u00e9 des cordes pour aider les promeneurs \u00e0 gravir ce sentier. Si nous continuons sur le chemin de terre, nous arrivons bient\u00f4t dans les rues de Rome. Si l&rsquo;on continue sur le chemin, on continue \u00e0 marcher dans le parc pendant encore 1,3 km, en \u00e9vitant 1,5 km de rues romaines. Tous les chemins m\u00e8nent \u00e0 Rome, dit-on. C&rsquo;est donc au p\u00e8lerin de choisir.<\/p><p>Nous continuons le long du sentier qui monte au Monte Mario et une fois que le chemin de terre se termine, nous atteignons l&rsquo;asphalte de la premi\u00e8re rue de Rome. Tourner \u00e0 gauche et suivre la Via Giulio Salvadori jusqu&rsquo;au march\u00e9 de la Piazza Pietro Thouar. Continuez tout droit et descendez par la Via Ottavio Gigli et au bout, tournez \u00e0 droite pour descendre la Via Trionfale. Traversez la rue et tournez \u00e0 droite. Apr\u00e8s 100 m\u00e8tres, il y a une piste cyclable et pi\u00e9tonne, marqu\u00e9e en rouge, qui longe la voie ferr\u00e9e. Nous tournons \u00e0 90 degr\u00e9s vers la gauche pour emprunter cette voie qui longe la voie ferr\u00e9e et que nous suivrons pendant les 4,4 km suivants. Nous passons devant des gares r\u00e9gionales et le grand h\u00f4pital Gemelli sur notre gauche. Enfin, nous atteignons la gare d&rsquo;Appiano Proba Petronia et quittons la voie pi\u00e9tonne pour tourner \u00e0 gauche dans la rue Proba Petronia. La gare est souterraine, il faut donc \u00eatre prudent et lorsque nous arrivons \u00e0 un b\u00e2timent qui nous bloque le passage et nous oblige \u00e0 traverser la rue Proba Petronia, nous prenons le virage qui nous \u00e9loigne de la voie pi\u00e9tonne et qui nous fait passer au-dessus du train que nous avons suivi pendant les 4 derniers kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p><p>La Via Proba Petronia se termine bient\u00f4t et \u00e0 100 m nous entrons dans la Via Lucio Apuleio que nous suivrons tout droit jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que nous arrivions au parc du Monte Ciocci. Nous continuons tout droit dans le parc et, apr\u00e8s 500 m, nous atteignons le sommet de la colline, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 nous pouvons d\u00e9j\u00e0 apercevoir le d\u00f4me de la basilique vaticane. Rome \u00e0 nos pieds. Nous sommes sur le Monte Ciocci-Belvedere.<\/p><p>Nous prenons la route qui descend la colline pour nous rapprocher du Vatican. Nous atteignons la Via Anastasio II, que nous suivons sur notre gauche, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que nous atteignions, \u00e0 300 m, une passerelle que nous prenons sur notre droite, en descendant : la Via degli Ammiragli. Les murs du Vatican sont juste devant nous. Nous traversons de l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la Via Angelo Emo, pour trouver une rue \u00e9troite appel\u00e9e Clivo delle Mura Vaticane, qui monte en pente raide pour nous conduire au pied des murs du Vatican. Une vol\u00e9e de marches m\u00e8ne \u00e0 Viale Vaticano, que l&rsquo;on prend \u00e0 gauche. Il ne reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 suivre le mur sur 1,6 km, en descente, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la place du Vatican. Nous passons l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e du mus\u00e9e du Vatican et tournons \u00e0 droite pour continuer le long du mur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la place \u00e0 arcades, avec les colonnes et les statues du Bernin. C&rsquo;est certainement l&rsquo;une des villes les plus anciennes et les plus riches culturellement au monde. Avec une population de 2,8 millions d&rsquo;habitants, Rome est une destination touristique de premier plan, c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour son histoire, son architecture et son art impressionnants. Fond\u00e9e, selon la l\u00e9gende, en 753 avant J.-C. par Romulus et Remus, Rome n&rsquo;\u00e9tait \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine qu&rsquo;un petit village de la p\u00e9ninsule italienne. Elle s&rsquo;est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour devenir la capitale du vaste Empire romain, dominant une grande partie du monde connu pendant des si\u00e8cles. Apr\u00e8s la chute de l&#8217;empire au Ve si\u00e8cle apr\u00e8s J.-C., Rome est rest\u00e9e un centre de pouvoir religieux en tant que si\u00e8ge de la papaut\u00e9, ce qui en a fait le c\u0153ur de la chr\u00e9tient\u00e9.<\/p><p>Au fil des si\u00e8cles, Rome a \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9picentre du d\u00e9veloppement culturel et artistique, en particulier pendant la Renaissance, lorsque des personnalit\u00e9s telles que Michel-Ange et Rapha\u00ebl ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 sa splendeur. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, Rome est un t\u00e9moignage vivant de multiples couches d&rsquo;histoire et de culture. Rome a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e sur sept collines : le Palatin, l&rsquo;Aventin, le Capitole, le Quirinal, le Viminal, l&rsquo;Esquilin et le Caelius. Rome abrite la Cit\u00e9 du Vatican, le plus petit \u00c9tat du monde et le si\u00e8ge de l&rsquo;\u00c9glise catholique. Une curiosit\u00e9 : Rome compte plus de 2 000 fontaines, dont la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre fontaine de Trevi. Pour ne pas perdre courage et continuer \u00e0 construire, nous comptons sur la pr\u00e9sence du Seigneur, sur notre foi et sur l&rsquo;esp\u00e9rance que, bien que rejet\u00e9e, la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 est en nous et que nous pouvons surmonter les contradictions. J\u00e9sus nous invite \u00e0 \u00eatre lumi\u00e8re et sel pour l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9. Notre p\u00e8lerinage est devenu un message de lumi\u00e8re, de sel qui a augment\u00e9 notre joie de vivre.<\/p><p>Luc 10, 1-12 : J\u00e9sus nous envoie deux par deux proclamer le Royaume, sachant qu&rsquo;il y aura des probl\u00e8mes, mais nous ne devons pas cesser de proclamer. Nous s\u00e9lectionnons ici quelques \u00e9pisodes de sa vie, qu&rsquo;il a lui-m\u00eame expliqu\u00e9s, rassembl\u00e9s dans son Autobiographie.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Puis, arrivant \u00e0 Rome, il dit \u00e0 ses compagnons qu&rsquo;il a vu les fen\u00eatres ferm\u00e9es, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;il doit y avoir beaucoup de contradictions. Il dit aussi : \u00ab\u00a0Nous devons \u00eatre tr\u00e8s concentr\u00e9s sur nous-m\u00eames et ne pas entrer en conversation avec des femmes, si elles ne sont pas illustres\u00a0\u00bb. A ce propos, plus tard \u00e0 Rome, Mro. Francis confessa une femme et lui rendit visite de temps en temps pour parler de choses spirituelles, et cette femme se trouva ensuite enceinte ; mais il plut au Seigneur que celui qui avait fait le mal soit d\u00e9couvert. Une chose semblable est arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 Jean Coduri avec une de ses filles spirituelles, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9e avec un homme.<\/p><p>De Rome, le p\u00e8lerin se rendit \u00e0 Montecasino pour donner les exercices au docteur Ortiz, et il y resta quarante jours, pendant lesquels il vit une fois le c\u00e9libataire Hoces entrer au ciel, ce qui lui procura de grandes larmes et une grande consolation spirituelle ; il le vit si clairement que s&rsquo;il disait le contraire, il lui semblerait qu&rsquo;il racontait un mensonge. De Montecasino, il emmena avec lui Francisco Estrada. De retour \u00e0 Rome, il travailla \u00e0 secourir les \u00e2mes, qui \u00e9taient encore dans les vignes, et il donna en m\u00eame temps des exercices spirituels \u00e0 plusieurs d&rsquo;entre elles, l&rsquo;une \u00e0 Sainte-Marie-Majeure et l&rsquo;autre pr\u00e8s du pont Sixte. C&rsquo;est alors que commenc\u00e8rent les pers\u00e9cutions et que Michel commen\u00e7a \u00e0 importuner et \u00e0 dire du mal du p\u00e8lerin, qui le fit convoquer devant le gouverneur, en lui montrant d&rsquo;abord une lettre de Michel dans laquelle il faisait un grand \u00e9loge du p\u00e8lerin. Le gouverneur examina Miguel et conclut \u00e0 son expulsion de Rome. On commen\u00e7a alors \u00e0 poursuivre Mudarra et Barreda, en disant que le p\u00e8lerin et ses compagnons \u00e9taient des fugitifs d&rsquo;Espagne, de Paris et de Venise. Enfin, en pr\u00e9sence du gouverneur et du l\u00e9gat de Rome de l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, les deux confess\u00e8rent qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;avaient rien \u00e0 leur reprocher, ni en mati\u00e8re de coutumes, ni en mati\u00e8re de doctrine. Le l\u00e9gat ordonna le silence sur toute l&rsquo;affaire, mais le p\u00e8lerin ne l&rsquo;accepta pas, disant qu&rsquo;il voulait la sentence finale. Cela ne plut ni au l\u00e9gat, ni au gouverneur, ni m\u00eame \u00e0 ceux qui avaient auparavant favoris\u00e9 le p\u00e8lerin ; mais enfin, apr\u00e8s quelques mois, le pape vint \u00e0 Rome. Le p\u00e8lerin se rendit \u00e0 Frascati pour s&rsquo;entretenir avec lui et lui exposa ses raisons ; le pape prit les choses en main et ordonna de rendre la sentence, qui fut prononc\u00e9e en sa faveur, etc. Des \u0153uvres pieuses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 Rome avec l&rsquo;aide du p\u00e8lerin et de ses compagnons, comme les cat\u00e9chum\u00e8nes, Santa Marta [accueil des prostitu\u00e9es qui voulaient quitter cette vie], les Orphelins, etc. Les autres choses peuvent \u00eatre racont\u00e9es par Mro. Nadal.<\/p><p>Je [Gonzalo de C\u00e1mara] interrogeai le p\u00e8lerin sur les Exercices et les Constitutions, souhaitant savoir comment il les avait faits. Il m&rsquo;a dit qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;avait pas fait les Exercices d&rsquo;un seul coup, mais que certaines choses qu&rsquo;il observait dans son \u00e2me et qu&rsquo;il trouvait utiles, il pensait qu&rsquo;elles pourraient aussi \u00eatre utiles \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres, et il les a donc mises par \u00e9crit, par exemple, l&rsquo;examen de la conscience avec cette fa\u00e7on de tracer les lignes, et ainsi de suite. Les choix en particulier, il m&rsquo;a dit qu&rsquo;il les avait tir\u00e9s de cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;esprits et de pens\u00e9es qu&rsquo;il avait eus lorsqu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait \u00e0
